Our production
Our production tasks include manufacturing, assembly, measurement and commissioning. We manufacture individual parts, assemblies and systems - even without drawings! The assembly and installation of the systems, including control technology, electrics and pneumatics, is carried out either in-house or directly on site.

Soraluce: 5-sided machining with angle-indexing head (2.5°), suitable for welded parts and tool plates, travel: 8 x 1.9 x 1.25 m.
HBM4: Machining of welded parts and brackets, travel: 2.2 x 1.6 x 1.6 m.
SMX 3500, SMX 5000, VMC: Processing of individual parts made of steel, S-Green and PA6 The finished assemblies and assembled devices are checked on a CAD-supported coordinate measuring machine (travel: 5 x 2 x 1.9 m) or using a FARO arm.We process and manufacture welded parts up to a size of 8 x 2 x 1.5 m from aluminum, steel and stainless steel.

We are at home here
Our production site with an area of 2400 m² is located in the green heart of Germany - Suhl. This region, known for its picturesque nature and innovative industry, offers us ideal conditions for our growth.
History of LASOtech GmbH
For the founders of an engineering office, the question arose: Why only design, why not also realize the design? With this intention, the company IBS Anlagen + Montage GmbH was founded. From the very beginning, our aim was not only to design innovative constructions, but also to implement them successfully in practice.
Our journey began in 2007, when Dipl.-Ing.(BA) Peter Beike and Dr.-Ing. Klaus Schnürer founded the company. What started with four dedicated employees on 500 m² quickly developed into a dynamic company with a large number of employees on 2400 m². Over the years, we have continuously expanded our expertise and are proud of our many milestones, including the development of automated systems for surface processing and laser welding technologies.
In 2017, we took a significant step and changed our name to LASOtech Systems GmbH. This change of name marked our further development into a system house for OTC Daihen. To further drive our development, the two founding partners decided to merge with DAIHEN Corp. Japan in 2019. With this strong partner at our side, we look forward to a future that expands our knowledge and promotes our growth.
